LIMACH Web Solutions offers:

• Custom website design and development
• E-commerce solutions
• Website maintenance and support

2. Project Agreements

• Client is responsible for providing all necessary content and materials
• Additional requests beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges

3. Payments

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Final payment due upon project completion before launch
• All prices are in LKR and exclude taxes unless specified

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, client receives ownership of final deliverables
• LIMACH retains rights to display work in our portfolio
• Third-party components may have separate licenses

5. Revisions & Approvals

• Includes 15 rounds of revisions in project scope up to 1 year
• Additional revisions billed separately

6. Warranties & Liabilities

• We guarantee work for 1 year post-launch for fixes
• Not liable for third-party service outages
• Maximum liability limited to project fees paid
